Went to the bank this morning (Saturday) I wanted to get a bag if one pound coins, only to be told that there is no counter service on a Saturday, when I asked how do I obtain some change I was told to try the post office.

Wanted to make a large transfer to my solicitor could not do it online because of the amountWaited for 40min apparently only 1 person in the branch could do this and they were busyAll local branches have been closed so when ever I need to go to Athens sutton branch there's always a issueI've been let down by natwest too many times now and will be taking my business elsewhere in the new year thanks for wasting my time yet again natwest

Yet again in another que. Sutton is the only one open now. You have to pay 90p park car. Amazed they closed so many branches down. But never have enough staff on. Very sad.

Sadly this is now my second experience at the Sutton Coldfield branch where I have left feeling pretty bad and belittled. Today after waiting for ten minutes patiently in the queue, the lady who served me, clearly under alot of pressure, said along the first sentences on meeting me - "i am only doing this for you for now, but next time you need go to customer services" (silence). I explained it was not stated anywhere we ought to go to customers services to print bank statements ? - perhaps make effective signage? etc .... After her failed attempts to make the printer work, the teller blatantly and I must add in a very patronizing and condescending manner said she would not help me and i would have go to the back of the queue in customer services for "someone else to help you, because i cant anymore, and im not going to keep trying".... i really would not have minded to go stand in another queue, but her manner was very condescending and i felt quite belittled. Sadly, not very effective communication skills.

Long waiting times. Machines that are meant to lesson staffs work load in counting money usually rejects various bills hence having to line up anyways. Only go there as I have to, not because itâ??s a nice experience.

Staff can't be bothered to help and have told me on the past couple of visits to just 'use the app instead'. I don't go out of my way to visit the bank and be given that kind of service

Went in after a coop ATM never gave me my money,pointless really couldn't do anything for 24 hours,OK I accepted that but she couldn't even be bothered to give me the phone number I had to contact to fill in a dispute form,it may have not been alot of money £20 to you but it is to me,then when I phoned and filled in form over phone was told 15 days,21 days later!!!!! I haven't even had an apology.

Friendly polite helpfull staff appart from the fat lady with the dark bob styled hair she asks way too many questions.. Should be working for secret service. clean and organized branch . Can get packed at certain times./days.need more staff on then ,instead of 2

Lazy unhelpful staff.
Been a member of natwest since I was 16 and will now be moving banks. Went to open a joint account with my partner and got a bunch of staff who don't want to do their jobs. Now had a wasted morning and no joint account due to them making excuses to get out of work.
Lloyds are now getting 2 new customers
