A typical Nando's outlet offers comfortable seating arrangements suitable for couples and families, though it may not be ideal for larger groups. Seating is arranged promptly, ensuring quick placement, though ordering times can vary depending on the restaurant's activity level and kitchen busyness.
Parking: Parking is a pain in that area. There is a paid parking lot behind the Nando's as part of the shopping centre. However make sure you dont access it through the bus lane. Some of the streets close by does have free of charge street parking if you are lucky. The parking lot has a weird payment system as well

Chicken was cooked perfectly, all the food was delicious - not every nandos does it as well as the Sutton one. Best of all was the friendly and efficient service from all the staff on shift today - especially the manager, Chris. Very thankful for the attentiveness ?

Good service and food is always nice, however the last couple of times the chicken has been very overcooked and dry. The wings were very overcooked as were the thighs.

Imagine a Nando's with no Ketchup bottles remaining and sachet substitutes in a bowl, which also ran out, only 1 vinegar bottle remaining. How is that possible? Get stocked up, it's not rocket science. Now add dry McCains chips, a sliver of chicken in a hard bun and worst of all, Coleslaw which was OFF and completely SOUR!. Took it back and got a substitute creamy mash which was just as bad as it was dry and hard (With Smash get Mash) Now imagine spending £40 on 2 plates of bang average food. Never again! Pitiful

This is an amazing place to dine in, I booked a table of 10 for a birthday and the food came out spectacular it was the juiciest and most flavourful chicken I?ve ever tasted it was the best and we had it around 7-8pm for dinner

I visited Nando's Sutton Coldfield on a Saturday evening, and while the chicken was okay, the food was delayed by an hour.
The long wait made it hard to fully enjoy the meal.
