Updating my 6 year old review as I am still using Martin & Co and still extremely happy!Brilliant service, thank you all.As a Landlord living overseas I have total confidence in the staff at Martin & Co, they are always prompt and polite and make sure my tenants are taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Fantastic experience using Martin and Co, can?t say a bad word about them. From the first experience with Chloe was an easy process - I had a lot of trouble with mine and the sellers solicitors however as soon as I spoke to Chloe about the problems I?d had she managed to resolve straight away, can?t thank her and the team enough for the courtesy and professionalism they shown from minute 1. Would recommend !

Have used Martin and Co as both a landlord and to sell a property and in both cases the service provided was excellent.The house sale involved selling my house in Erdington after I had moved to Scotland and therefore I was not around for viewings etc but Chloe and the team took care of organising everything and were always a phone call away to offer advice or answer any questions.Would definitely recommend.

Great agency and very responsive. I would like thank Chloe for all her help and immediate response to all my emails. She was brilliant and organised in processing everything. Mathew the branch manager was all extremely helpful and in the absence of Chloe was prompt in taking over. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. Amazing group of people.

Martin and Co sold two properties for me and were absolutely fantastic. Chloe was my agent and she was totally dedicated to getting the sales through. She is extremely organised and efficient, as well as supportive and helpful. She is easy to contact and replies quickly. She is proactive and communicates with sellers, buyers and solicitors throughout, managing what can be a difficult process very professionally. She is a superb estate agent. I found all the team to be friendly and effective, and I highly recommend this company.

I have been unfortunate to come across Martin & Co as they are the agent selected by the purchaser of my property in Worcestershire. There are only 3 people involved in the chain but they have been totally disorganised, reluctant to return phone calls or respond to emails.Although I totally appreciate we are in a difficult situation due to Covid-19 both myself and my agent have been trying to get them to get the wheels in motion in regards to this sale and have been very disappointed with their lack of response so far.If you are looking for a reliable agent then I would look elsewhere.

We have recently sold a flat through Martin & Co and could not have had better service anywhere. Despite there being a global pandemic and very difficult times Chloe Allardyce rose to the challenge and eased us through quite a tricky sale. She was professional, efficient and always knew exactly what was going on with sale. On the odd occasion she needed assistance Bronagh Breen stepped in very efficiently. Needless to say we would have absolutely no problem in recommending them. Thank you Chloe - you?ve been a complete gem.

Very poor service.During six years renting flat, they promised several times that they will repain kitchen after previous locators. I don't think they have done it even six months after my moving out.Many times they booked visit in the flat for annual "inspection" and never arrived with excuse "no one was home".When boiler broke down in the middle of winter 2019, we spent two weeks without heating and hot water.

The team here fully managed my property as a rental and then were very able conveyancing agents. An excellent one stop shop service. I also have another property which they manage very efficiently.
