1 was at m&s today and was absolutely appalled, i went to get a cheese and onion twist from the bakery section,as i went to grab it with the tongs they provide at least 20+ fruit flys appeared and were flying around all of the food that they had out.It honestly made me feel sick to my stomach. Would not recommended

Christmas week. Parking is always bad at peak times and so many inconsiderate people about! The shop and food are great but this is another place that has moved to a lot of self service checkouts. All in all it was not the shopping experience I was looking for. I may switch to on-line shopping next Christmas.

My wife and I visit several M&S stores but this store at Princess Alice retail park constantly has very poor dates on produce compared with other similar stores. I don?t know why M&S discriminate against the local residents in Sutton Coldfield.

Unfortunately had to endure a rude member of staff at the ordering desk, had to go back in to the store twice, called on my mobile by her because of her mistake, given free bottle of wine because of her incompetent, this happened a while ago, middle aged blonde shoulder length hair with glasses, won't bother ordering again, or visiting, from an ex Marks and Spencer employee shop in Mere Green now
