After buying three elf bars one was faulty, I tried to take it back and was told, I need to contact the elf bar company and no refund or swap would be given. No receipt no proof, despite having the transaction on my phone.This goes against legislation and they should have swapped or refunded and they should have contacted the company they brought them off not the customer, rather rude about it too and emphasised they are all legit elf bars too much.
