Rude staff! Early morning just opened a woman waiting for customers. I wanted to deposit into my account she made me use the self service! Well what's the point in waiting when your actually not going to help a customer. Ridiculous!

Generally all staff are friendly and helpful apart from a rude and dishonest manager who point blank lied to my face. If you have the choice and want a pleasant experience choosing another branch may be wise.

Impossible to speak to a Human or get answers on Q&A. Impossible to reach anyone Email. Impossible also what has happened to Banking all I want is an appointment at the Sutton Coldfield Branch

Fantastic service today from Anne. Really friendly and professional dealing with a complex transfer. Most high street banks treat customers as a nuisance but Anne was the complete opposite. Thank you!

Been here twice both times seen by Jordan who was completely uninterested and unhelpful when tried to report fraud theft from my 86 year old father's account.. The manager dismissed the both of us without even seeing or speaking with us.. And diagnosed his mental health.. Don't recommend for any issues unless as its out of their interests and league.

Fantastic branch! I had a phone appointment with Jordon to open a new savings account and she was very professional, polite and helpful! She listened to everything I needed, explained every option and got the exact account that I needed. Very happy with the service.

I would just like to say I have been using this bank for many years business and personal and I find every single member of staff there a joy to serve you second always happy to help I have never ever been this bank and found any body is helpful or unhappy in their job there are a couple of members of staff that stand out one is a lady called Pat the other lady is called Louise I think she is the branch manager both of them I think very helpful towards me over the last couple of weeks and even though we?ve been in these hard times with COVID-19 always kept the 2 m distance and have always been eager to help we?ll done ladies and well done to the whole team
