“What can I say fantastic service and a nice tasting table which I then chose some different wines than our staples from. Brilliant service from Johnny as well and was able to reference what we normally buy from the Clitheroe branch. All in all a lovely wine buying expereince from a chain that know what they are about ...WINE. It was hard for me to move away from my local branch but working away I had to pick some wine up having got the call from my lovely wife so tried this branch and was served just as good by Johnny, as I told him Leigh in Clitheroe is a tough act to follow but he did the Majestic way very well. Will be using again and not.”

“Excellent staff evryone is friendly polite and have been extremely good to meI been promoting the big issue outside with my DogsAnd I am looking for security workmy charge is £200 per day cash or in crypto.and it’s been an absolute pleasure helping the store out with preventing shoplifters and the lovely customers that need my assistance.Very happy to accommodate them and your staff as they are an absolute marvel to be around.I am shocked to see a few of your stores I have worked outside are being targeted heavily!For thefts by organised individuals chancers and as part of a team , undesirables look outs etc..I managed to be a great detterantTodayI had some abuseObviously there not happyAnd one manage to slip through my fingers with a basketRan for his lifeHe came with work wear high vizAnd a back packHe comes fills up the basketThrows it in the bushes puts the stuff in the back pack and ready for his next time for easy pickings.I am hoping he won’t be backBut I know his faceI will just retrieve the goodsIf I see him againAnd return them to the storeI don’t understand why you don’t have security in some of the smaller storesYour losing £1-2k a day or more in stockThat’s over £350-£700k a year in thefts from a high targeted vanurable store!True cost might. £100-£200k to your store budget overall maybe more including costs to deliver it cool it etc..But you could pay £50-&£70k a year securityAnd avoid the thefts & start getting people arrested so they don’t come back again!!I hate to see M&S being targeted like this as it’s my favourite store and it’s been my life line to survivalAnd it’s my family’s favourite store 2Thank you for showing me so much respect to all the staff at M&SFrom the bottom of my heart and soul thank youTeddykia&kiko”
