I went there Sunday 15 December at 15:50 and the schedule in that day is till 16:00 , the doors was closed , I don?t know why but I m not going back to this shop anymore , I think they have some lazy employees

to Lidl to do some shopping and had a very disappointing experience. I brought three of their 30p bags, one of which was damaged, so I asked for a replacement since the bags are advertised as ?replaceable for life.?
However, the staff member I spoke with refused to replace it and claimed I had put heavy items in the bag, even though I brought it to the store empty. When I asked how he knew, he began making racist remarks. Fortunately, another customer intervened and called him out for his behavior.
It?s unacceptable to experience this kind of treatment, especially when Lidl?s policy clearly states that the bags are replaceable. I hope Lidl takes this seriously and addresses both the refusal to honor their policy and the racist behavior I encountered.

Been here a few times and staff have always been pleasant & store seems to be well maintained.
Locals are a lot friendlier here too compared to your local brummie bunch.
Liz - cashier is really polite & friendly. Good customer service skills.
Good car parking spaces.

I frequently shop at most large supermarkets. This was my 1st visit to Lidl in 5 months. There have been some slight changes in this store, and I must say that I was very impressed. I spent £95. Got everything (other than some fish nuggets) I needed BUT I completed my shopping in 50 minutes. Could have done it much faster but went round again looking closer at the products before getting all my frozen goods. I will be visiting this store again.

Disable spots being used by idiots and taxi drivers, needs sorting. The shop is clean and not that busy for a Friday morning
