Pleasant staff but honestly they struggle with simple tasks such as finding contact lenses and customers details on the computer. The most basic things take 10 times longer here than anywhere else on the planet. I've popped in 3 times to collect my girlfriends monthly contacts and never been served in less than 10 minutes and I'm saying once I've actually given the name and what it is I'm collecting it takes at least 10 minutes to get them. One time the lady went to the same drawer 4 times and checked the 5 or 6 bags before she managed to find them.

Felt very cared for at my appointment today. Yenns was very personable and understanding and efficient too. Julie knew exactly what frames would suit me and picked excellent ones with the other ladies also giving their opinions when asked. Friendly atmosphere and actually quite enjoyable!! Leightons Opticians and Hearing Care Sutton has my highest recommendations. The staff are knowledgable, professional, competent and caring. I visited them for ear wax removal processes. I spoke to Caroline over the phone who understood my situation and that put my mind at ease regarding the process. Carrie Millinger helped me with the actual procedure and hearing tests and answered my many questions which was brilliant. I was completely at ease during the process and very impressed by the way everything was done and the work was top-notch. I extend my thanks and best wishes to the team at Leightons Opticians and Hearing Care Sutton.

Very thorough eye examination. Great optometrist! Had to purchase new lenses for driving and new glasses for the computer. Expensive. I also found the selection of ?non designer? frames very limited. Staff were helpful & polite.

The usual friendly and efficient service on my recent eye test. Also any questions asked were answered in a way that was easy to understand. They also made a good job of straightening out my favourite reading glasses that had an argument with a pillow in the night.

The best optitions I've been to. Lovely staff. Only optitians who have got my prescription spot on and the office staff are so wonderful that me and my 2 young children really look forward to coming, my son was actually upset he has to wait a year for his next eye test ?

Having transferred over from Ridlingtons Opticians in Carshalton I was a bit apprehensive on what to expect. From day 1 my daughter and I have been treated respectfully and Leighton at Sutton have gone above and beyond to help us out. We will be staying with them and cannot recommend enough.

Hearing care is great here too.My audiologist, Dino, is super efficient, professional & takes great care with both syringing ears & doing hearing test to advice accurately, & all with understanding of customer needs!The whole team are amazing x

Very pleased with service from Leightons Sutton.I was able to book on line and choose time and date which suited me.Being able to pay and have x rays of my eye as I have on going eye problem saved me going to hospital and having to wait hours to have the same thing done.Speaking to the lady who did the test I was reassured all was well and if I had a problem when I booked on line again just type in comment box what it was so they are aware before I arrive and if need be they would contact me before visit.Excellent service very happy customer and I will be useing your services again
