WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE I HAVE ORDERED FROM DELIVEROO TWICE NOW BOTH TIMES THEY HAVENT BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE GOD DAMN PHONE SO MY ORDER HAS CAME INCORRECT IM ON THE WAY TO SLAP THE BURGER INTO THE MANAGERS FACE.

Food was hot and fresh for once.
The table was a bit dirty, so asked for it to be cleaned and was done straight away.

Absolutely awful meal and customer service. Ordered twister box meal. Chicken in the wrap was so tough and over cooked I couldn?t even bite into it. Rang the store and manager said I?ll have to come a different day for replacement as they are nearly closing. No apology or willingness to do anything for the inconvenience . My meal was ruined.

Makes you laugh when you try to pay cash the insist no longer take cash, however when card machine down they soon remember that they CAN TAKE CASH. What double standards some companies have.. but at least they got the order correct this time so improving..

I Visited the kfc in new oscott princess alice drive and was served by a lady named Sharon and her customer service was amazing. She was very friendly, helpful, polite and engaged in conversation with me and made the overall experience amazing. Need more staff like

This is one of the more pleasant KFC outlets. Nice building. Staff and food fine. KFC always seems to not be quite on the ball as much as McDonald's but if you like it this is a good one.

Avoid ordering from here if you actually want the food that you?ve ordered! Sent completely the wrong item because they cannot be bothered to check the delivery numbers correctly! Now having to fight for a refund with Just Eat. AVOID.
