Visited to buy leg of lamb for Easter, lots of stock available. Isles blocked by staff restocking freezers maybe needs a rethink about timing of restocking to avoid annoying shoppers.

Just had my iceland order delivered, the driver is always polite and cheerful, so this review is nothing to do with the driver. In the order was 2 pizzas which had completely defrosted so no good now, either the freezer instore, on the van isn't working properly or after these were picked were left to oneside to thaw, not happy.

Can not believe the sutton store has only one entrance blocked because of health and safety, I used to shop regularly here but will not be doing any shopping there again. This morning an iceland HGV was parked out side of the birmingham road side, which doors were and are always closed, and the driver was waiting for staff but thery just ignored him. The HGV was blocking the street and no cars could get past .
