Thank you to Sharon and her team Alison & Yasmin in helping me through the process of renting my house out for the first time. Sharon is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in her field and explained everything really clearly to me about their services. Alison was extremely helpful in dealing with any questions i had and Yasmin was was there at the end for the inventory. Sharon was great in helping to push back the inventory timing due to personal circumstances. It is great having the Portal as it keeps you informed of each step through the process. Recently walked into the Sutton Coldfield branch to enquire about any available properties they may have. As we arrived so did Yasmin and even though she was very busy she gave us a polite friendly greeting and welcomed us in. She immediately focused on our needs and located properties in that criteria and even a viewing on the same day. I am so grateful for Yasmin's assistance and she is a credit to the team.
