Brilliant service at Evan?s in House of Fraser, Sutton Coldfield. I was helped by Dan (the store manager) and Jake, who were both really knowledgeable and gave me some great insight. Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at House of Fraser. The staff were absolutely lovely ? especially the security guard (whose name I believe was Jake or Jack) he was so welcoming, professional, and attentive.
I find the staff all have exceptional knowledge about their products, and they were more than happy to answer my questions and offer helpful advice. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Truly outstanding service ? I?ll definitely be coming back!

I had an excellent experience at Evan?s Cycles in House of Fraser. The service was second to none ? the store manager was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. I also want to mention the young security guard, who was so polite and helpful, really adding to the positive experience. Both went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. Truly outstanding service ? I couldn?t recommend them highly enough!

there so rude still when i phone them up there act like there was vitcim in all this when ast year i was told i load go in there untill there find me calm down when i was happy walk thought the shopping the person coming up to me told me this there won't let me beacuase off i make the staff uncometable so there kick me out the shop and after two years be past when in was in there 2023 it still rude company go in and when speaking on the phone i asking an qustions to this guy i don't why i don't how he speak to me so rude he has an issues with me i think he nasty person i everyone stay away form house off faser cuase there don't know how treat there custmors nicely or kindly

I trusted that the quality of food in House of Fraser will be good . So I ordered the advertised new Toast with Brie cheese . They had put a smelly melted cheese on an unhealthy white sourdough and they charged more than £6 for this unpleasant toast ! As I was hungry , forcefully I swallowed few chunks and could not eat the rest . Horrible food and horrible quality . They had no herbs but rocket which doesn't taste good .

Half the shop has shut down.Didn?t have any off the things I was looking for compared to the Sutton one.Thought a bigger store would have more stuff not less then the smaller one else where

Took my dad here after walking around Sutton, we had pizza & chips, scones with jam & cream, tea & coffee.....lovely.
