Absolutely horrible as soon as I entered the store they were acting suspicious the called 5 or 6 security guards I honestly felt harassed and I am disgusted the fact that I came to buy something and the assumed I was here for something else the world we live in ??

I regularly shop at this branch of H&M and generally find the staff very pleasant and helpful but today I was served by a very rude asian girl who had a problem with me returning some items even though the manager (who was very professional) said it was ok. She behaved as if my transaction was affecting her personally. She should not be customer facing with that kind of attitude.

My daughter found a few pieces in here, it was surprisingly busy with a wait on the changing rooms. You do need to try items on, as they sizing varies even in store with a size 8 being too big and a size 10 being too small, the various style fits of jeans makes it hard to get it right without trying on a dozen!

Great branch of H&M in Sutton Coldfield. Carries a great range of stock. Friendly staff and service when I visited. Would return over the larger city centre store.
