I need to utilize the space better as there are only two kiosks, which leads to long queues. Staff friendly but this branch has sadly gone downhill, their opening times are often different to what are stated on their website.

Been a customer for years but they are terrible. Cause of Covid made to queue outside in the rain likea peasant in a LONG queue just to pay some money in. I didn't even bother, looked inside the window and the place is empty, like 1 or 2 customers at a time. Utterly ridiculous. No other banks or retail stores are doing this. I'll be taking my money somewhere else.

Big branch of halifax, yet ONLY 2 kiosks.Queues get long at times.Staff are OK.Far too much open space whichcould be filled with staff assistingcustomers.Halifax staff not exactly knownfor customer service :(

The casher (old man) always looks grumpy and deposit machine should be like HSBC one.Rest staffs are very cooprative and helpfull.

Went to visit this branch today for a minor transaction. Poor customer service from the man serving at the desk. Simple things like a how's your day, is there anything else I can help you with, or a goodbye would have been nice. I felt like an inconvenience to him.Edit: Do not use the cash points on this high street. My card was targeted and abused after using the Lloyds Bank ATM cashpoint!

Appears to have had an upgrade with only two cashier desks. Reasoning behind this is unclear as the minimum queue time is 15-20 minutes. Awful customer service which is particularly slow and not interested in needs of the customer. Although, they were very helpful over the phone when I spoke to the Sutton Coldfield branch it is a far cry from the treatment you receive when visiting this establishment . Having worked briefly for this establishment and banked with them for over 20 years I have decided it is worth taking my and family's business to a bank that fully appreciates the concept of customer service.
The Sutton Coldfield branch is a clear let down. Advice - Reduce queue levels by focusing on having cashiers or bank representatives in the empty space you have created since the refurbishment this will help reduce the queue times as they can advise the customer best before joining the queue. These are basic concepts in providing a decent level of customer service.
