Having visited the Sutton Coldfield branch and half expecting to be ask to make an appointment to deal with my request, I was pleasantly surprised when a lady with outstanding interpersonal skills offered to help me and took me out of the queue to carry out my transaction.
Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
I cannot speak highly enough of Jenny; she was truly superb. Thank you, Jenny.

Visited back in November with the family to each collectively sort out our banking issues. We were served by Asaam who was polite, helpful and patient. I was especially impressed with how he kept my three year old busy body niece entertained while simultaneously sorting out our banking issues. Thank you!

A bank we go to regularly. The staff, especially in recent times have been so very helpful, pleasant and supportive. I go there with my elderly Dad who often needs help. Have received nothing but a caring and helpful service from the bank. This is a bank branch that should remain open for all their customers and families and should never join the ranks of branches threatened with closure which I think is a national disgrace. Thank you Halifax!

I need to utilize the space better as there are only two kiosks, which leads to long queues. Staff friendly but this branch has sadly gone downhill, their opening times are often different to what are stated on their website.

Been a customer for years but they are terrible. Cause of Covid made to queue outside in the rain likea peasant in a LONG queue just to pay some money in. I didn't even bother, looked inside the window and the place is empty, like 1 or 2 customers at a time. Utterly ridiculous. No other banks or retail stores are doing this. I'll be taking my money somewhere else.

Big branch of halifax, yet ONLY 2 kiosks.Queues get long at times.Staff are OK.Far too much open space whichcould be filled with staff assistingcustomers.Halifax staff not exactly knownfor customer service :(

The casher (old man) always looks grumpy and deposit machine should be like HSBC one.Rest staffs are very cooprative and helpfull.

Went to visit this branch today for a minor transaction. Poor customer service from the man serving at the desk. Simple things like a how's your day, is there anything else I can help you with, or a goodbye would have been nice. I felt like an inconvenience to him.Edit: Do not use the cash points on this high street. My card was targeted and abused after using the Lloyds Bank ATM cashpoint!
