Josh and Jane were both brilliant with the purchase of my dads watch for his birthday.
Made us feel welcome and dealt with us with patience/care and were very friendly, helpful and pleasant-nothing was too much trouble for them, They gave loads of information and they gave a fantastic service all round

Josh at Sutton Coldfield town centre branch, sold me a lovely set of diamond earrings, nothing was to much trouble, showing different options and selling us an insurance cover policy to protect our purchase. A very pleasant young man, who made the transition much easier.
