Visited on 13/09 staff have never been friendly.
However my last vist the lady serving in the morning was absolutely miserable unhelpful and being awkward.
Staff seem like they have been forced to work.
Never mind the basics a good morning a please or thank you.
I sent a message of complaint on the app a week ago and have not received a reply hence I will not be using this branch again.

We walked in and it looked like they'd been busy as the place was a mess. Grabbed a baguette and a cup of tea. Had to return the baguette because it was that dry. Sat down with a fresh roll, not a problem exchanging it. Staff were rude to my daughter when she asked a question because of dietary requirements. Anyhows, sitting having a natter and then I noticed 2 tables up from us, a dead spider. Curled up. We'd been there about 10/15 minutes at this point. We were the only customers in the shop for the most part of that time, and no one came out to clean. Surely it's one of the first things you would do once the rush of customers has gone? No, won't be going there again. The spider was enough for me, we put our stuff in the bin and we left.

Been to this Greggs twice and both times the pizzas were cold. Ask for a cheese and onion bake and that was cold too. Rather drive 5 miles to another Greggs than waste my time and come to this one again

Lovely new branch of Greggs but unfortunately, very poor customer service with staff who seem to think other tasks such as online orders are far more important than serving the customers in their shop.

The food shelves were quite sparse. Needed to be topped up throughput the shop, including hot food, donuts etc.
