The food at this place has always been very good, and it still is, but I feel some things could be improved especially the staff. It often feels like they are forced to work there. There are no smiles, no polite welcomes, and customers don?t feel genuinely welcome. The attitude can be quite off-putting, particularly from a lady wearing a hijab who seems very unhappy and has a lot of attitude, even when I?m being friendly and cheerful.
On the positive side, there?s another lady who is always there, remembers my order, my preferences, and my favorite drink. She?s lovely, really nice, and makes the experience enjoyable. Other than her, it doesn?t feel like the staff are enjoying their work.
The food itself is still good, though I think there?s room for improvement there as well. Overall, I hope the customer service and atmosphere can improve to match the quality of the food.

I visited for the first time in over a after year food was cold and the pitta bread was hard cold same as last time in 2024 the bread was so hard the Donor was hard burnt waste of money chips were edible a that's it sadly quality not there in the food. Staff are nice polite but i shall no longer be a customer at Cov its such a waste of money

Avoid at all costs. Ordered food from here which was uncooked and gave us food poisoning. Waste of money!
