Terrible service from this store.
Staff are lounging around on the settee when walking in, resulting in me having to get their attention first.
I went in with a problem with my AirPods to see if someone could give me some advice on how I could potentially fix them before having to go out my way to Apple in Birmingham.
The guy in there who I asked for help from was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked a basic question regarding the warranty and he responded ?we?re not Apple? and laughed. When I politely asked if he could look at them, he also said ? I?ll have a look but I?ll only be doing what you?re doing? and laughed again. So after telling him to leave it you could see he wasn?t bothered.
Can?t wait for my contract to end as they do nothing but mug you off for their extortionate contact prices.The sooner it ends the better and I will be switching to another network who actually care about their customers and are more helpful. This is not the first time I have had problems with EE.
A manager was supposed to call me back the next day and he didn?t.
Avoid this store and maybe give your staff some basic customer service training.

I popped in on a Saturday to get a sim only contract.. staff were very helpful and polite.. staff member asked if I?d checked out online deals, I hadn?t! I checked and the online deal was better than the shop could offer me! Thank you to you both! That?s what I call putting the customer first! ??

Myself and my wife visited there today ,First time looking for new provider to walk in to an oven ,The Heat was extreme . Two staff who did not even get up or Know what products EE were offering, I had to look online to show them their own offers !. The Guy was Clueless and The Female Really Rude and Sarcastic .We left And had Great service from start to finish at Vodaphone They now have Two new clients on a 24 month contract.

Went into this store on Saturday for help with my new phone. Was met with a clueless pair of employees, the female was passive aggressive & sarcastic. When I left to go to a different phone shop the female sarcastically shouted byeeee as i left the store. Would not recommend this place to anybody!!
