DAVID should be fired for the way he spoke to me on a delivery order, leaving me feeling intimidated and shocked to collecting 2 pizzas, absolutely disgusting, if you want to order from this place don?t as this delivery driver is very aggressive and will leave you feeling belittled after collecting pizzas, especially if it?s not collected instantly, absolute disgusting attitude and this man should be spoken to by managers and get some serious customer service training, how horrible to make someone feel like that collecting a pizza I get your job can be hard but don?t take it out on the customers. Thank you to the manager I spoke to on the phone for the support. Just not acceptable the way I was spoken to absolute disgrace.

Pizza was cold dry and hard. I'm not stupid I can tell when a pizza is not fresh and was likely cooked several hours ago. Disgusting considering your prices.

DO NOT ORDER. My toppings were wrong twice. Twice I've called the store and have been left on hold for ages. They pretend to not know what's happening. Avoid.

This store is the worst Dominos store in Sutton Coldfield. The customer service experience has been absolutely ridiculous. Staff appearing indifferent to the errors and lacking the proactive approach one would expect in resolving issues. I believe that the level of service provided to me is not in line with the standards set by Domino's, and it has left me disheartened as a long-time customer. I would nerve order from them again.

4 stars for the delivery driver only.Things you will need when ordering from Mere Green.... 1) have the oven on 2) have a magnifying glass or microscope on hand.The pizza was almost cold so the oven needs to be hot and ready when the delivery arrivesThe magnifying glass or microscope is to find the ingredients on the pizza. I don't know what quality checks are in this store but someone needs to check the checker.Extra mushrooms? Where? almost none visible. Extra ham..... same problem as with the chicken, bacon and mushrooms on a different pizza.The pizzas seem better here if you have them on the evening but my advice......... give this a miss. The quality isn't worth the money. These 2 pizzas were an absolute disgrace and the last ones I will ever order from here.The manager needs replacing and the staff need retraining big time

Sorry, call me old fashioned but app is a nightmare. It's so complicated. The deal selection blew my brain. Didn't order. Used to but it's really put me off.

The online time for collection is usually not correct so best to check before leaving for collection. The team leader was very accomodating and helped prepare my order, preventing any further delays.Team looked like they were working hard!
