I went in to have a cup of tea and the teapots are absolutely filthy. I have never seen anything like it in my life. The white cups had coffee stains all around all of them. The hygiene in that area is awful. Please get them clean bleach does not cost much Costa. This is where viruses happen. Very unhappy customer.

At mere green young lady on her own very polite and fast even when she was quiet she kept herself busy by sweeping floors and cleaning

Absolutely shocking in every way from the person serving up to the service manager. Not bothered with customers, too busy on their phones. The quality of the food was not great either hence the compalint. When complaint was made to the service manager they were not interested at all. Emailed head office who also were not the slightest interested in my complaint. Offered one free coffee as a 'gesture' of good will as apparently they do not offer any form of compensation or refunds as a company it is apparently as a company something that they do not do. Tanya from the loyalty digital team you need to review your response. Costa Coffee I suggest that you look at your customer service policies. Will not be returning to any of your establishments any time soon.

We went towards the end of the day and there were a number of dirty tables and the place looked a little messy and dirty. The coffee was standard for Costa Coffee.
I'd like to see more comfy seating, rather than wooden chairs. This place needs cleaning on a much more frequent basis, too.
I'd go again, but there are better and more well-kept coffee shops in the area.

This is my local Costa but my least favourite when compared to other Costas I visit (Aldridge, Asda Minworth). The tables aren't cleaned often enough and the furniture is jaded. The soft furnishings are filthy (sofas and chairs). The owners need to invest in more staff, train them and supervise them properly and upgrade the interior. Otherwise they will lose business to Cafe Nero which has a good outside area for summer.

Good coffee but they were very busy so some of the tables were not being cleaned quick enough. Friendly and helpful staff though.

I used to really enjoy going to the Costa, Princess Alices Drive in Sutton Coldfield. I used feel welcomed and a sense of belonging because the staff were so kind and accommodating. Recently there has been a change, the same staff have made me feel unwelcome, I have been ignored or avoided eye contact when I've tried to say hello. I didn't go to the Costa because of its name or who the owners support i went there for the staff and there customers service but I'm really disappointed because I don't know what I have done to be treated like this. What's changed I'm still the same person. Its actually heart breaking, the one place I used to not feel judged has let me down. We must remember we all are human and humanity, kindness, compassion comes first. :(

Staff need to smile with the customer to make you want to spend time there. Food was good, but seating areas are tired and in need of update.Parking: Parking is shared with Sainsburys, and smaller caf park by boots.It can be busy, but parking can be found.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but it can be tight if it's busy, thus restricting space for wheelchair.
