On Our first visit to this costa Kelsey was so professional her caring skills were excellent thankyou
However our 2nd visit yesterday wasn't so great, we are of older generation in our 60s ,and have to say the young members of staff weren't entirely listening to our order they were enjoying the birthday party celebrations behind counter, my latte that was given to me was milk then the assistant remembered to put caramel in the latte I said it didn't taste right assistant told me stir it and said I've just remembered to put caramel in it ver abruptly, my husbands tea well was so weak so unfortunately we won't be visiting this costa again or recommending this costa to any of our family or friends.

4 members of staff I thought great Costa isn?t treating them like slaves, but why is the service soo slow? Looking at other comments there seems to be a similar theme. Costa?s Coffee is good not great but what it has going for it is the seating area. I find that the cakes and food are very bland compared with other good independent shops, Costa needs to do better.

Lovley setting just by park friendly staff relaxing atmosphere and has a toilet which is.allways handy food bit expensive but that's what it's like nowadays.

Probably worst Costa experience in the area staff seemed miserable and unfriendly.Coffee was OK.

Coffee was not up to usual Costs standard, which is not a lofty target. Tasted under extracted so must likely not tamped hard enough. Milk was over heated for flat white too. Costa are usually consistent so a bit surprised.

Food and drinks are always nice ? but the staff don't have very good customer service.
