I visit a variety of Costas depending on where I am almost daily, the staff here do appear to be a really good team, and I don't recall them ever serving me a bad coffee (e.g. over-extracted) unlike Costas I've been to elsewhere based on the numerious times I've visited. Single annoyance is that it's a very small store so if you go during the day you are most likely going to struggle to get a seat, hopefully they can move to a larger unit in the future. But anyways, definitely one of the best Costa branches around.

Quick, friendly service all the time here. It is honestly the quickest service out of all the Costas I've visited ( and it's a lot)!!!

The services at princess alice drive has gone downhill. The coffee they serve doesn't taste as good. I asked for caramel latte and there is no caramel taste to their drinks.This also happened with a mocha drink. When I mention it to the staff they seem not professional about it and have also been quite rude, they need to create a more friendly environment. My friends who went with me on another occasion had noticed this as well. I have gone more than once and just feel the cost of the drink doesn't do it justice so I have now gone to Greggs next door and their coffee tastes way better. The one in aldridge seems okay just a shame as princess alice drive was the closest which means I will have to buy elsewhere.

When a coffee chain serves lukewarm coffee as standard, with the 'extra hot' option being marginally warmer and yet still colder than what I would class at home as beyond salvation...what else is there to say? Starbucks are the same, I'm leaving the same comment for them.
