Went there to get my son his first pair of shoes. The shop wasn't particularly busy and there were three members of staff casually standing around the cashier whilst I looked for suitable shoes. Another lady and her granddaughter were being seen to by two members of staff, so I sat down and waited my turn.
One of the three members of staff casually walked over to the ticket machine and made a gesture that I was to collect a ticket to be seen to (eye roll - there was noone else waiting). I went to get a ticket and sat down again, waiting. A few minutes later one of the three casually came over to measure my sons feet. He had no smiles for us and was not good with children. It felt as though we were an inconvenience for disturbing their day.. My son had a complete melt down. He had been good as gold up to this point, but the guy was quite intimidating! He managed to measure his feet as a 5E, which I later questioned, and got remeasured at another Clarks. Turns out he is a 5F, so he doesn't have narrow feet afterall.

Absolutely fantastic service from eraj. He did an absolutely smashing job at helping me find shoes and just made my day brighter. He was straight to the point and competant, something i think is hard to find these days. Give this guy a raise!!!! Loved his aura. Will come back soon to visit him for more shoes !!!!!!!!

Good shop for school shoes

I was looking for a specific sandal which was unavailable as old stock in this store.
I approached a young lady called Ellisse to ask if available and she was one of the most helpful assistants I have encountered. Within minutes she had located the item in size required asked if I would like her to order it for me and all with a smile.
Transaction complete I left the store a very happy customer so thank you Ellisse you really were customer service at it's best.
With staff like this I hope the company treats them as well as the staff treat the customers.

Simon and Megan have great customer service skills and dealt with my issue quickly and professionally.
The negative is that it's only a small shop, therefore my daughter only had the choice of six different school shoes. She wasn't happy about that and neither was I.

What a great experience I/we had yesterday in this store. A man named Si kindly helped measure my children?s feet and he was accurate. He was professional and he confirmed that my children?s feet were measured wrongly 2 days before by an outlet!
Si and his colleagues were friendly, happy and down to earth! Thank you for helping us! I highly rate this store in Sutton. ??????

0 Stars. As I walked past, what looked to be the manager of Clark?s, a male, along with two female staff members were laughing at another store that had just been robbed. Worst of all she looked heavily pregnant and appeared to be on her own. Utterly Disgraceful behaviour!

Fabulous experience here yesterday getting our daughters first pair of big girl trainers! The salesman was excellent with our daughter, very helpful and calm which made her calm too ? definitely will buy again as long as he's there to take care of us (bearded, older gentleman)
