I called in this morning in a bit of a rush and had my bicycle with me and put my bicycle just inside the 2 open doors which was quite a wide space and not obstructing anything and was immediately told, in a not too friendly way, that I could not leave my bike there.
I then explained nicely that I would only be a couple of minutes just to get a 60th birthday card and was then told by the 2 female staff that if the security guard sees it he will take it away, this comment really annoyed me as it was extremely quiet at 9am and the 2 female assistants were extremely unhelpful and quite rude.
As the 2 female sales assistants were just leaning against the sales counter it would have been nicer for them to say to me that whilst they were not busy it's ok and they will keep an eye on my bike and also talk to me in a more friendly manner.
There was no one else in the shop and the the shopping centre was very quiet so no need for comments like the above.

Wonderful staff at this store, friendly and attentive staff. Shout out to Lynn, Sonia and Danni. Lynn always makes a real fuss of my daughter when we go in and is so lovely. All staff seem happy and willing to help, this was in the busy run up to Christmas too, well done all.
