Booked my seasonal flu vaccine, turned up at the store to be told there was no vaccine or future appointments. I'm a healthcare worker so this is important to my residents and colleagues. Totally unprofessional service I won't be using Boots for this service again.

I found the manager Anu extremely unprofessional and refused to co-operate with corporate returns policy because she personally disagrees with the policy! I took an item back for a refund and the advisor at the till agreed to do it however the manager came out and stopped him doing so and told me its boot policy not to allow refunds and when i showed her the boots website showing that you can take un-opened and un-used items back up to 35 days... Extremely disappointed.

After being spoken to rudely by pharmacist at Lloyds on Birmingham Road (always a problem when I go there!) the pharmacist at boots went out of her way to sort out my sons prescription. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Thanks

I have used this pharmacy for many years but I was shocked today to find that the store closes between 1 and 2pm! What a joke. This needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency!

This pharmacy is one of the worst boots I have ever been to. Unfortunately it happens every time I have been to this place I feel what will go wrong next time I visit.Personally the staff in this store doesn?t know how to run the store. The pharmacist is always been there issue. 1) Sometimes they don?t know how to make an oral solution of the nhs prescription for kids. 2)Then the pharmacist will make you wait for no reason and then say sorry I didn?t notice you or I forgot to attend after saying wait. 3)The pharmacist is away we can?t sell the medicine over the counter and later you go toCollect you find the same person there distributing the same medicine.I never even put the medicines to this pharmacy even after been near to this bootsPrefer Lloyd?s or wylde green pharmacy with better service and excellent staff.This is a bogus Boots they don't even give lateral test flow kits, waiting for people pay for it from 1st April.

The staff make the shop. Warm friendly. Has a family feeling. You can also go on line order product's and collect in store. I wish all stores had such a friendly approach to customers service.I'm up dating my review. I was unable to collect my prescription. When I phoned saying i was unable to collect myself. And gave name of person who would be.They where once again amazing. Put my mind at rest. As due to poor health unable to drive their.Yes not the modernist store. But does that matter. When customer service is that good.Great job guys.Masks are warn by staff.Safe place to go to
