We have brought our new house through Julie and only wish we had sold with her too! She has been fantastic, professional, responsive, full of advice and help even though she wasn?t representing our property. What is already a stressful process, was made easier with her just knowing the right people to help, and to guide the communications process with our vendors. Cant recommend Julie high enough.

Belvoir and Justin have been amazing! This being our first time moving out on our own they have supported us every step of the way and went above and beyond to find the perfect place to rent. They are always on hand for any issues that might arise any time of the day. Highly recommend!

Belvoir have been brilliant, I?ve had a property I rent out through them for a good few years now, never had a problem and the team are brilliant.Decided to sell the property this year and again service was above and beyond Julie there who helped me sell the property was always contactable, professional and patient with me as I was new to how it would all work. She really did make the whole process easier for me!

Julie has been an absolute star. From organising the potographer, fantastic photos no fish eye lenses. To arranging the roms for the shots to show them to best advantage, to chasing for feedback and negotiating the best deal. Her attention to detail for the surrounding area is fantastic, reviews of history, wayer table checks for flood risks, local amenities and distances. A true professional in every way. Thank you for everything you have done to assist in our sale.

Absolutely brilliant agent. I have used them for letting tenant find and also to sell. Justin and his team on lettings are superb, never had to wait longet than 10 days before my property was filled again. Recently used Julie to sell and she is fantastic! Down to earth, friendly and knows the industry and the markets well. Priced my property perfectly to sell. Highly recommend!

We had wanted to move house for a long time however previous bad experiences with estate agents had really put us off. However we saw a house and on phoning to enquire about it I found Julie at Belvoir. We quickly came to an understanding - Julie was always on the end of the phone when I tried to get hold of her (which is what I needed)? if one of us was unable to answer then the other would call back as soon as they were able.Unlike other estate agents we have encountered, Julie dealt with all aspects of our sale and purchase from start to completion. This meant we knew who to contact and she had an overview of everything going on when we had questions. Julie suggested successful marketing strategies and was very hands on during the process - on the day the photographer came she was there helping me move furniture to get the best shots!She really went above and beyond for us, down to recommending reliable trades people to help us with last minute jobs! We had some hiccups along the way (things completely out of all our control) but we were all determined and I am happily writing this review in our lovely new family home and am very pleased we chose to use Belvoir.
