Had such fantanstic customer service here last week. I wanted to open a child?s bank account for my daughter before she started secondry school and Deb the lady on the front desk couldn?t have been more helpful. She managed to move a few things around and Paul helped me to open the account, answer any questions I had and talked me through the whole thing, nothing was too much trouble for him. He is an asset to the branch. Thank you both!

Had an urgent problem to sort out yesterday after a failed online transaction . Went to Barclays Sutton Coldfield and we were helped by two wonderful helpful and knowledgeable staff. Issue was sorted in less than 15 minutes . Online banking is good but these are times when we need a kind human face to see and help. Thank you Barclays for our Sutton Coldfield Branch in the Parade . I do know the rest of the town centre is crumbling around the centre but please please do maintain the good branch , service and most of all the friendly staff . Thank you .
