Old Woman with white hair who is on the basket self checkouts on a Sunday morning is extremely rude. Me and my partner shop here regularly and the past few times she interrupts our checkout to see our receipts for ?Asda bags? and every time we pay for them. I?m not sure if this is standard training. She also has no personality no smile when we walk through I have no idea how she is employed by Asda especially in a customer orientated job.

A great store where you can buy almost everything, from groceries to cars, etc. Nice and helpful customer service. Lots of parking spaces, possibility to refuel or wash your car. I recommend it.

Really rude customer service.the two ladies on this counter on Saturday evening were rude.i went to collect a just eat dlivery which was supposed to be ready at 7:38, and at 7:49 i asked the lady how if she can tell me how long does this order takes to be ready? She replied to me on bad attitude. i don't know they are making it and i do not know.

It?s a lovely big store with everything you need. What really annoys me is that over the course of half an hour there were several things that I was interested in buying especially the bigger display items that were obviously on offer but they weren?t displaying the prices, and I don?t want to chase around the whole store to find someone who has to go and find someone else who might know the price. I suggest that whoever is in charge goes down every aisle and checks that everything has a price to it. I?m not lying there must have been at least ten things that I was interested in and they weren?t displaying the price.

Shelves are always half empty, fresh fruit & veg have dropped in quality and availability, red onions, golden kings potatoes, bananas, big bag of apples etc sometimes out of stock for days! Coffee selection has reduced, nice tea is sometimes out of stock for weeks. A store of this size should sell more than fizzy drinks and crisps (hwhich I never buy). Finest mince & free range chicken more expensive than Aldi which has now gone from being my backup to my main supermarket. As evidenced in recent press, I don't see a good future for ASDA (unless you only buy fizzy drinks & crisps).
