Lots of variety and value items...if not available on the day...would be available the next day if ordered...difficult for returning items if you changed your mind.....customer services on phone takes ages to answer

I've had a range of products from Argos all of which have been of good and affordable quality.. Easy to order online and collect as I live nearby. Staff have been as helpful as they have been as friendly. Recommended.

One star is generous. Fine if you want a quick collection however the two Karen?s at this place have zero customer service skills.I tried to return something not fit for purpose/ faulty to be told I couldn?t as they observed finger prints! This pair better off as CSI than customer service assistants.Anyway, drove to Tamworth who dealt with the issue professionally. Will use that store from now on, fingers crossed they close this one ??

Returns policy in this store is rubbish .Went to return Iphone cable that stopped working after 4 months and had a years warranty on it .The sales assistant response was negative and when asked for manager, her attitude was worse .She was very rude arrogant abrupt and refused to listen to reason .She even said they have never had any cables come back before and when I tried to show her other peoples reviews on the argos product website she was very sharp and said ,Why are you showing me these? She basically did not want to know and made me feel as if I was at fault .Asked her name she would only give me the name Sandra as I informed her I was contacting Customer servicesUpon ringing them they requested I take it to a different store to return it .I did not feel I should have to go store to store to return a faulty item .Upon ringing back again ,customer services ,I was given Apple supports number who sent me a replacement cable in the post without even accepting my faulty one .I felt that upset by the poor service received from the argos store manager in mere green that I had to write to their Head Office to report the manageress s behaviour .I had a phone call yesterday from the letter I wrote and the lady apologised and asked whether my xable had got sorted or not and was going to speak to the store .Customer service skills in this Argos store need addressing as I have read from the reviews .

The customer service at this mini Argos branch is often hit and miss.Sometimes the staff are pleasant and helpful but on other occasions, particularly when it's busy, the staff can be exceptionally rude and ignorant. This was particularly so when I asked for a store receipt from one young lady with long black hair, who simply snapped that my online email order was my receipt. Unfortunately as I was purchasing my item on behalf of someone else, I insisted on a till receipt, which is my legal right, but the young lady dismissed this, and told me to stand aside as I was blocking customers.I then requested a manager who managed to resolve my issue, but appeared uninterested at my objections over the disgusting way I had been spoken to and treated by the sales assistant.Not at all an enjoyable experience and I now regrettably shop on Amazon but would rather have supported my local Argos store, had they not been so rude, derogatory and dismissive.
