Appalling! Not enough staff and not sufficiently trained staff. Mis-picked my prescription and failed to pass on messages. Lots of frustrated customers when I was in the store.
Staff admitted the owners don?t care, so I?ll be taking my business elsewhere. Mike, Halesowen.

I've never known a pharmacy have so many problems with routine prescriptions. They never have anything in stock and I don't mean obscure medicines.

Went into pharmacy today at 3pm with my prescription for antibiotics. I was told thay the Pharmcist had gone to lunch and wouldn't be back till 4pm. "do you want to come back later". What is going on. Needless to say the chemist was empty!

Although they had been not good in the past I have to say the staff are now very friendly and helpful Took the time to do a positive review because we are all quick to write bad ones and not so quick to write good reviews.

Shocking!!! 1st I went in for my daughter?s prescription and only had one part of it and was told to go back in on Saturday. Went in today and still the rest of prescription wasn?t in stock!! My daughter needed to start taking medication today and when I asked for prescription back to go else where I they wouldn?t give it me so I have had to go back to doctors for another in to be able to go else where for medication.Don?t know what happened to the lovely lady that worked in there for years but it?s a shambles now!!They never have anything I seem to have in prescription in stock.I won?t be going back there.

Really unprofessional I mean how do you not know what medication is at the pharmacy and what is out for delivery how can you be so blasé about medication for the heart like really more training needs to be done here, its really not good that you are allowing patients to go days without important medicines
