Wow great selection and clean. We grabbed a few things for lunch and walked to the next door church garden area to eat. Checkout was quick.

Really really enjoyed the tour of Hagley Hall. Stunning architecture, portraits and furnishings. Fascinating history.
Jan the tour guide was fabulous, perfect pace, very informative and great at answering questions. Gentleman in the reception area (sadly didn't get his name) was also brilliant and happy to impart more facts and information.
Real shame you can't take photographs inside though.

Always loved Waitrose but just lately I'm not enjoying it... I had to ask staff to move big cages of stock they had positioned in front of shelves so I could get to things I wanted and then in another aisle it was completely blocked to customers with stocking up cages and staff doing online order picks! I know shelves have to filled but years ago when I worked there we bought stock onto the shop floor on smaller trolleys which we had to put at the end of the aisle so we weren't in the way... It's getting like an obstacle course these days. I've started using Tesco for a better shopping experience.

Lovely store let down by staff who just can?t be bothered
It was the week before Christmas and I do understand that this is a busy time for everyone, however I do think that good customer service should still apply
I asked 3 members of staff and one cashier what the Christmas trading hours were , no one seemed to know or wanted to find out for me , very frustrating it made me feel that instead of being a customer I was an inconvenience, reluctant to use this branch again will be travelling to Waitrose in bromsgrove in future
