I purchased a disc for my dogs collar approximately a month ago. Paid for it to be engraved with his name and my telephone number .The engraving is now illegible, I was offered half price to do another one.\\nNothing without a receipt !! Dreadful

Really recommend this branch of Timpson in Stourbridge near Tesco. The guy is so lovely, friendly and professional and really went out of his way for me when he was already busy. Really got me out of a dilemma. Thank you so much x

Excellent customer service, particularly from Ryan who offered an appropriate repair for my 'charity shop' boots reflecting their value. They are good for the winter now, and he polished them too. Dry cleaning service also excellent from Ryan's colleague. So pleased this service is still available during lockdown, thank you

Always helpful but it seems to me their prices are increasing. Will still need them an use them as they appear to have a larger range than others on the High Street of Stourbridge.

Nice bloke, but he didn't seem to know how to operate the software to engrave something.. Had to go somewhere else in the end.
