Well equipped and a thorough eye test with the practitioner. There is a chair lift to the testing area to for anyone who can't manage stairs. They were careful about keeping to time as I was expecting an important medical phone call while I was there and didn't want me to over run my time into the next customers appointment .My prescription had changed but I didn't want new lenses until I'd seen the eye hospital about my eye condition. It took a while to explain this to the sales person who was very careful to explain to me that the glasses I wear are stronger than my current prescription.

Excellent service and overall experience. First time using this optician and now I will continue to only use them. Alisan was especially helpful and professional. Zara who did my eye test was exceptional and explained everything to me clearly.

First time visiting the eye collective on Saturday as needed an urgent eye test. Zara was brilliant doing the most complex eye test I've ever had making sure she didn't miss anything. Even arranging repeat tests to ensure my eyes are healthy. I'm honestly so impressed. Becky (dispenser) was so patient with me helping me pick the right glasses and giving me a range prices, styles and helping me pick what suited me. Can't wait to collect them this week. Finally a pair of decent glasses unlike well known, well advertised Opticians who sold me a poor fitting, wrong prescription glasses. Will be back with my young son for his sight test. Would highly recommend.

For years I have used another well known opticians but recently it has lost its personal experience so I switched to The Eye Collective and I am so glad I did. What an experience all of the staff are very welcoming and friendly especially Becky. You have now gained three more customers.

I went for my routine eye test today and i cant reccomend them enough, zara, my optometrist, was very helpful in showing me the difference in my sight/vision as i only had a slight change in my eyes and becky, the dispenser, was such a great help in finding the right glasses for me and twlling me which glasses suited me best and went with my face well

Have had my glasses and contact lenses from what was Docker and Wilson and now the eye collective since the late 1970's .I have lived in Kidderminster since 1985 but prefer to travel to Stourbridge as I'm happy with the very helpful Staff and service you provide.Becky helped me choose my new frames and she did a wonderful job Thank you

Always friendly and helpful. They fitted me in at short notice and no cost to replace a screw which had fallen out of the frame of my glasses.

This is to updeate my previous review now that D & A is rebranded as The Eye Collective.A Friendly welcome and Professional manner in all aspectsof eye care, I feel confident that myvision is in safe hands. My sight and prescription is monitored annually with any issues carefully and sensitively discussed. I fell part of the family when I visit.
