Mixed feelings really. Very cramped as staff are always leaving stock cages everywhere, and some staff are rude, but some are nice. The store tends to be quite dirty however, with not many staff cleaning it

Has pretty much everything you need and the queues are a lot better now that they have a few self checkouts. Shop does feel a bit dated and crowded, but otherwise great.

Every time I go in the Asian girl is rude. I changed something the other evening and she couldn?t stop asking why!!! Just let me change it withstand fuss. Absolutely RUDE every visit.

Prior to the installation of self scan I'd have given two stars. Staff act like YOU are the inconvenience, very difficult to walk around the store because staff are constantly in your way, or virtually pushing you out the way when browsing because they want to stock shelves right now. This is bad customer service, you are meant to do these things when footfall is low, not heavy. Badly managed.However it was tolerable when there were 4 manned tills as you could pay and clear off quickly.But now they have taken 2 manned tills away (which btw won't do fuel or tobacco sales), the queuing times have become silly.I now use M&S 100 yards up the road for my daily essentials, it's a little more expensive however the customer service is always first class, they always have manned tills and they don't put a barrier up between the server and customer (Covid is so 2020).Take note. I was a regular customer.

My local garage and there is one particular rude woman who has no manners what so ever ? she knows exactly who she is. Slams the shopping down when scanning . Terrible customer service

We visit because this place is local and convenient, generally have essentials in stock but my god is this place Dirty, absolutely filthy from front to back.Aisles difficult to maneuver at the best of times as they are narrow but ridiculous when the staff are stocking up, night or day cages will be left out with stock on.Lastly the staff, rarely have i met a happy staff member, countless times I've had to move out the way for stock cages without so much as an excuse me, on one occasion a young man with glasses rushed down the Isle towards me and my daughter, we side stepped out the way and he didn't even have the courtesy to say thank you.
