Got referred there by 111 for pain from a wrist injury as they have an assessment room the woman took one look didn't even examine it and told me to buy some over priced joint cream. Went hospital the next day as recommended by my gp turns out it was fractured. No point in there even being an exam room.

I have just swapped to this chemist only recently, absolutely fantastic service, Helen served me on a couple of occasions, What a lovely lady very professional and friendly and polite. There was another lady who has also served me whom I?m unsure of her name and she was equally as professional and friendly. I hope the managers realise the lovely staff they have. Steve Smith

Not impressed, I just waited for 15 minutes to pick up a prescription, nobody else was waiting. The old blonde haired women serving completely ignored me!! Even when I asked, she continued to ignore me. I dont know how these people get jobs, I'm disgusted with the lackof customer service and I will find another chemist to use in the future.

Very efficient and friendly service, best pharmacy around by far, avoid the big businesses support this little gem. Our doctors send the prescription directly here and we get a text within 1/2 day of request to say it's ready, astonishing speed of service. I can't believe anyone has ever written a bad review of here they must have it mixed up with Lloyds or are the competition. Thank you Swinford Pharmacy staff you are doing a great job.

Absolutely terrible I have given them my new number to update on there system and they yet again have not updated it. I am an asthmatic and need my inhalers urgently and they still don?t have them ready and it?s been over 5 hours since they should have had them ready! I?m off to A&E not not thanks to this absolute useless lot

I have used this pharmacy for awhile now. Recently my friend couldn?t get antibiotics for her daughter. I recommended this chemist and they made sure they kept some aside for her. They?ve always gone out of their way to help and always with a smile on their faces. Would highly recommend

The staff are very helpful. I asked for a flu jab, received it there & then. I also went to pick up my prescription & saw a sign for test & treat UTI the lady explained to me what it all about & that they can prescribe antibiotics for a UTI which has made my day.I would go to my chemist now 1st before trying to get a doctors appointment they are brilliant ?
