Was making my sandwich I spotted big hair on the meat he tried to hide the hair at first by grabbing othere meat of first then he ad no choice but to see it he then moved the hair and 1 bit of meat and carried on trying to make same sandwich no thanks walked right out bin in this one 2 times now and allways something up will never return to this shop

There is toilet there but not for customers only for staff as it was open for customers a month ago.

The customer service at this subway is disgraceful,we asked for the offer and we were not informed the app wasn't working after she already started taking our order and making the sub and then told we couldn't have the offer, the girl behind the counter had a serious attitude very unhelpful and unfriendly will never go back to this subway

I ordered a 6inch and the bread was rock solid, clearly a few days old. The salad bar was just shocking nothing was fresh , welted lettuce, tomato was sat in there own juices clearly been there from yesterday and the cucumber was browning around the edge. The cookie was so stale, I am very very disappointed with the services I got such a waste of money!! Subway was really gone down hill

Had the Nacho Chicken bites. Possibly the worst thing I have ever tasted. I thought they were off so they gave me another. Absolutely rank! Threw them in the bin! Smelled like sweaty feet and tasted so so nasty. I even think they had probably gone off. Vile.

Absolutely awful. Ordered cheese salad subway. You could not find the cheese there was so little in, and the other ham and cheese was so stale when i ate it that I had to put it in the bin. I will never go back again.

Ordered food off just eats from the new subway series menu which states which salad and sauces come included as standard on the menu. When it arrived we had been sent the toasted bread with just the meat, no salad, sauce or cheese. When trying to call them to sort this out they just let the phone ring out multiple times.

Rude staff as I?m vegetarian when my placing my order I requested the staff member to change her gloves who then got offended and told me I was rude and when I asked for her name and the managers name I was told to leave the store.
