Having, just had an eye test, I went back into the shop because my brain wasn't very well. I was seen by a lovely lady called Nykole, she was patient, professional and really helpful. I give her personally 5* for customer service thank you so much

First time I?ve visit this newly located store, and what an amazing experience from the moment I stepped in! Amazing friendly staff, light airy store with plenty of staff to assist you.
Sean was a great help when it came to choosing my glasses and helping me with pricing.
In particular a huge shout out and a massive thank to optometrist Rehman Alam, who checked my eye health so throughly and took his time through every process. I have never had them checked like that before anywhere else! Really friendly, really informative and really professional.

The Staff were very attentive, friendly and knowledgable. Visiting the New Premises in Stourbridge, I was made to feel very welcome.

Rang 8-35 am as problem with eye.
Asked to pop in. 35 minutes later a thorough eye examination and sent to Eye Hospital with form.
