My wife and I can't rate this place highly enough! There is always a friendly face to greet you on arrival should you have a query and the ladies on the cash desks are equally polite and friendly.
We have received so much help and friendly advice when dealing with our accounts and those of our elderly parents.
Today we met with Lorraine who helped us switch to a joint Edge account (a great account for your bills and shopping by the way) and she then helped upgrade my parents' ISAs.
'Done and dusted' as they say. Great service - you're in safe hands here!

I accompanied my 88 year old mum the other day in order to sort out her ISA. We met with Jamie Hughes, the Stourbridge branch manager, who could not have been more helpful, kind and patient. My mother was a little frazzled at first, but Mr. Hughes took time to explain everything clearly, and went to great lengths to put her at ease. She left that bank feeling valued and confident. He also impressed me enough to seriously consider moving my account from Nat West to his branch. Mr. Hughes is a considerable asset to Santander.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and you do not have to queue for too long. It is now one of the only bank branches left on the High Street. I do wish that it was still open till 3 30pm ( including Saturday) though. By the time I have parked somewhere and dashed to the branch, it is sometimes too late!

Greeted in the Stourbridge branch this morning by a quite unsmiling not very pleasant (or helpful) woman behind the counter. I was there for an enquiry only so I'm very pleased I'm lucky enough to bank with the NatWest in Kidderminster. ?

Cannot understand why they kept this Santander open and close loads of others.\\nMerry Hill Santander ( one I?ve used for 20 plus years.\\nHalesowen Closed,\\nHarborne Closed.\\nLiterally have to travel now 14 miles to pay a cheque in or travel into middle of Birmingham and pay £8 Congestion charge. Very Disappointed with Santander.
