Staff are very friendly and helpful, it's nice to have a bank on the high street. Fed up with seeing banks close and go digital so it's good to see Nationwide are showing the way forward.

I?ve recently switched from Halifax to Nationwide as my local branch closed on the high street. I?ve popped into Nationwide a couple of times and found the staff to be friendly, helpful, organised and efficient.

Called in today for some help returning a out of date cheque for a donation from someone whom we do not have any information about so are unable to return.All we wanted was NATIONWIDE to return to this person with a covering note explaining why the Charity had returned the cheque. We were told that they could not help at all.So we called at another branch and were told no problem we will sort this out for you.So can you explain ?

Great branch and friendly staff shame the businessis lacking support and overzealous fraud prevention has blocked my card I must say I recently moved to brierleyhilland the brach in merry Hill pales in comparison tothe Stourbridge branch staff in Stourbridgeare far more helpful and understanding
