Ok ordered 25 minutes later got my meal and they forgot my burger ok 10minits later my over food is cold and my burgers bun is burnt how on earth do you burn a bun I will never know and I got table surface for the MC flurry I said thank you but I didn't know whether I was in a Karen's dinner or a MacDonald because it was just slammed down on the table no love or your welcome no smile I didn't think the staff wanted to be thair theanager was just sitting thair for about an hour 30 eating not attending to the employees at all.bathroom was ok soap dispenser was Brocken But all out clean

It's macdonalds. What more can I say. Lol. Don't order to have delivered from any mcdonalds. Delivery and fees are £6 on top and the food is cold when it arrives. Just fetch it!

Bad service, several customers waiting over 20 minutes for food. Given the wrong ticket for my food. Over 20 minutes for a coffee as well. Shockingly bad. Manager not interested in my complaint

Ordered food for delivery tonight, the poor delivery driver was there waiting 10 + minutes until my wife called to find out what was happening, food arrived, milk shake melted, fries stone cold and like rubber. The cooked time and use by time on the apple pie removed, this was also cold, burger like warm.
Called them and they hung up on me 9 times and still trying . Will be visiting the store tomorrow to speak to the manager. Disgusting service and food.

A woman called sarah didn?t let us up the stairs, bare in mind I had ordered food and there was only two of us in total, she was rude and obnoxious accusing my friend of stealing my food just to get upstairs, thankfully Les sorted it out for us, we never have had an issue with Les he always shows excellent customer service and personally I think he?s the best worker here.

Dirty inside and out, size of the buns were ridiculously smallas was the chicken burgers, no sauces or sugar about, 24hr yet couldn't get a breakfast at 5.00in a morning don't start till 5.30 yet can do chips that time of morning.
