Wait for half an hour but no one serves. The one was available but refused to help. Another time, staff was too curious when she went on about my personal business. Bad service.

I visited Lloyds bank in Stourbridge to sort out power of attorney for my parents, there was a long queue but the lady was so helpful and approachable, they were clearly understaffed which was not her fault, she was excellent and a credit to the bank, thank you so much.

Excellent bank, I have been with Lloyds since 1978 and would never change. The Stourbridge branch has brilliant staff and I have never had a problem there.

Never had a problem with this branch, in fact Im surprised to see so many negative reviews. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly.

Signs in branch saying main reception desk is permanently closed so you have to go to the clerk counter.When I asked why the desk was closed - "there are no computers there anymore" - what happened to the computers? - "oh we do everything on tablets now".I wanted to open another account because online banking was asking too many unnecessary questions.She told me they video record all interviews in branch and will be quicker if I go online.Sounded like a police interview lol. I have been a customer for years so this should be straight forward.Honestly, go elsewhere.These epsilons are doing themselves out of a job but can't see it.

Aweful bank, the rudest most ignorant staff I have ever known in any bank. They tend to look at you and treat you like a peice of dirt, avoid this place at all costs. I will have great pleasure when this lock-down nonsense is over, by paying my final visit in order to close my personal account along with my business account. The sooner this branch closes for good, the better. Go to natwest or santander, much friendlier better trained staff.

Staff was very rude, didn't even tried to offer help for the problem, their excuse was short of staffs.i thought that was stupid excuse. Totally, pathetic made me felt unwanted and distrust with the bank itself. Please avoid this bank at all if you want better customer service and deals.
