**Update of review **John has since been very proactive to resolve the issue and assured us that himself will manage our file and get to where we should be in our financial planning. It?s such a shame staff changes got us off on the wrong foot. I have amended my 1 ?? to a 3?? and will update accordingly.First post with a 1??Myself and my partner had a meeting in January to discuss managing our pensions and to get ourselves prepared. Signed so many forms and we were excited to see their recommendations. We chased a few times but was assured by Franco that he was dealing with. Waited a few more months and chased again. This time to say he has left and a summary of what we went through with Franco. Later told they found our paperwork but had not for any further. In such an important industry, looking after people?s pensions I would of at least expected someone within the team to continue with us. John at the company said they have procedures in place but obviously not good ones, otherwise I wouldn?t be so upset and let down. We were recommended to them from our mortgage broker. Big mistake.One more point to make on a customer service point of view. It would of gone a long way if John or a member of the team would have called us, apologised for their mistake and explained how they could get us on track with our financial planning.We have waited patiently for 5 months to be no where! Totally poor and inexcusable service.

YOU CAN NOT ONLY SPEAK TO AN ADVISER ON THE PHONE. YOU CAN DROP IN AND HAVE A FACE TO FACE AMAZING. SO MANY DONT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ANYMORE . I had buisness insurance for my first ever business. They took the time to listen to me about everything I wanted to do. After asking me a few question, the answers I gave made me realise that my skill alone was not enough. I was quite young then. However I left there feeling confident and secure in the right hands KGJ Stourbridge. I have recently recommend a freind and guess what, in this day and age KGJ still gives you that one to one either on the phone or in there offices.A COMPANY THAT WILL SPEND THE TIME ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS. THAT WILL EXPALIN THINGS TO YOUI'm thinking of SPEAKING to them about my motor insurance later in the year.AFTER ALL WE DONT ALL FEEL CONFIDENT IN FITTING INTO TICK BOXS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN
