Absolutely shocking place to order a delivery from. Tonight's food was stone cold as the driver took another delivery else where first! It would be zero starts if it was an option! I won't be wasting my money on your service any longer!

I went inside to order as I don't go often and am not sure of the menu/ what comes in a meal etc.
I looked at the menu for a while before a male server asked if I wanted him to take my order. I replied "yes please"as I don't like using the touch screens anywhere. I find them time consuming and prefer to deal with a human. The two touch screens were in use at this time and one person(who looked as if they would prefer a human to just take their order) was being guided through it by an employee. The male employee then told me that actually I had to use the touch screen( I think the female employee communicated this to him). I said that I didn't want to use the touch screen and some people do not like using them.The female employee then said "you've got to" ? No, actually I haven't. As KFC clearly didn't want my money and could do with some training in customer service(I work in this sector), I left and went and spent my money elsewhere, served by a human. I won't be back.

Multiple times given more bone then meat, had to wait 15 minutes to half an hour to be given the wrong order or give it with stuff missing. Manager don't care at all

The first issue I've had since it's been open but it was resolved and I was reasonably compensated for the trouble. First class customer service

Took ages to be served our food due to deliveries taking priority. Upstairs was filthy! The tables were full of rubbish and not been wiped off.

I visited here on Saturday 20th july with 2 people with LD, we went to the counter for them to order their food and was told abruptly to order on the screen.
I explained that the people I was with can verbally say what they require but can't use the screen.
The lovely lady (not) shrugged her shoulders and again told me where to order, I then asked her what would she do if someone with a sight impairment came in and wanted to order? The answer I got was "blind" with a shrug of her shoulders again then walked away.
I ordered the food for them then had to go to said lady to pay (cash) so basically she would take our money but not our order! We waited at the tills to pay for a while the lady looked across at us and carried on with whatever she was doing(nothing) until I had to say "excuse me we want to pay".
When we sat down I noticed a man walk in, he walked up to the counter and verbally ordered his food from the same lady who refused to take my clients order.
The whole experience took away my clients independence, caused anxiety having to wait around and didn't give an enjoyable visit for my clients.
Horrendous place and staff member.
