I've had my bell tent for 7 years. used at least 3 times a year, rain and shine. Required the waterproofing to be touched up after 5 years, but still looks brand new. The a-frame spring broke, but is still functional. Zips, canvas ground sheet all bulletproof. Love this tent (the awning, sold desperately, not so much, that didn't last, one windy day saw to that - hence 4 stars).

Being new to bell tents, we had lots of questions after receiving the tent, that would have tested the patience of a Saint. Ed was fantastic, helping us through the basics. The tent is really well made, warm and most importantly easy to set up. Looking froward to many more trips in our new purchase. Would totally recommend purchasing from Karma Canvass.

Karma Kanvas You guys are Fab to deal with really approachable friendly and genuine and you do quality camping gear!. Love my XL awning for my bell tent it keeps us cool in the heat and dry in the rain. When we set up people where envious of all our shade.. so much so they went out and bought their own awning the following day ha ha. I will undoubtedly use you again..

They advertise next day delivery if ordered before 11, we even phoned up to check, yet they didn't actually buy a guaranteed next day courier service for our order. They then blamed the courier company when we didn't receive our order the next day, when the courier was actually only providing the service that was paid for. Very poor attitude, couldn't have been less helpful. Can only hope the tent is decent when it arrives as I dread the idea of having to deal with this company any further if there are any problems with it.

I have 3x 5m and 2x 4m plus the shelter and matting purchased over the last 3 years. All good quality and each time I?ve added a tent or called for advice (needed info on areas needed for the shelter) I?ve had great customer service

Product is ok but after sales service is extremely poor, no interest at all from them and everything was my fault. I wish I had bought elsewhere.

Ordered a bell tent rain cover on next day delivery. Delivery arrived however I found out after taking it immediately to a campsite that it was an awning and not what I ordered. Disappointing as I had realised my bell tent waterproofing was breached and rain was in the forecast. This was my emergency layer of protection. I checked my email and my order confirmation was correct so a case of them sending the wrong item. I contacted Karma and the was silence from 13th to 28th August. I chased and they finally said my order would be delivered early the following week. My order was delivered and they arranged a collection for the other item. Unfortunately I am not home all of the time and was not home for 2 attempted collections. Rather than be polite, I got a horrid email from a director that threatened me with debt collectors at my door. A total unreasonable response. Apparently they had been messaging me, but I haven't receive any. Its OK for them not to communicate for weeks about their mistake but my goodness, a customer dare be uncontactable or at home and the threats come immediately. Just poor.

Very happy with Karmas all-round service over the past 3 years of buying our glamp site stock from them. From the intial enquiry (with lots of questions!), to prompt deliveries and then help with any issues that arose after that, we have always found them super helpful and understanding. Above all, we find their tents (I've a mix of sizes from 5m to 8m!) to have the best features, best colour and best price. Would highly recommend this lovely down to earth company.

Terrible after sales support, 7m Bell tent didn't last more that the year we owned it. Chasing for repairs or assistance in patches and they are not interested in taking our money to repair the tent. 1/10 would not use again.

Collectively bought a large tent 2 years ago. Centre pole is not fit for purpose and collapsed in the wind. Customer service uninterested and offered no help. Avoid.

Bought a 7m bell tent from these guys over the phone, and the seemed nice. But after a stormy night broke our pole and caused some light ripping they didn't want to know. They offered no support, didn't want to make repairs and didn't allow us to purchase any spare or replacement parts. I wouldn't mind if it was a £50 tent, but we spent over £1000 of our hard earned on the tent and accessories. We were hoping to buy more tents from them in future, but now we absolutely will not. Buy at your own risk, Karma might be among the cheapest but there are better firms out there that will do much more to help you when it all goes wrong.

I?ve read a few bad reviews about this company so was a bit anxious about spending a couple of hundred pounds here, but I did & there?s no worries at all. My item was delivered incorrectly & after a quick call dpd collected it the next day & correct one sent the day after, first class customer service was received from start to finish, thanks all at karma.
Oh and I ordered a kadai fire bowl which is a quality product & heavy duty.

Terrible customer service, I would not order from this company. Following this debacle with Karma Kanvas I contacted Boutique Bell Tents who were very helpful and professional and have great customer service.
I ordered a 7m bell tent on the 9th March, the fund left my account in the 11th and then waited until the 16th March to call and see where my order was at. I spoke to Ed who initially couldn't find my order and told me that they had sold out of the item that very morning. He then blamed the method at which I paid (Paypal) for the slow payment saying that they don't usually like this method as it take so long to come through. Yet this was listed on their website as a method to pay? I said that the money has left my account and on the 11th so I assumed everything was ok. He then found that my payment had come through that morning, to which I asked if he honour my order still. Someone else had order that last 7m tent that morning and their order included more items and was of greater value to them vs my order and because of this they could not offer me meet my order. I can't believe this, I would have thought that as a company you would honour each order first come first served - not weighing it up against your bottom line.
He then explained that they might have another 6m bell tent in stock and I asked if he might be able to tell how many single sleeping bags or a yoga mats that might fit in - he almost laugh at this and said he had no idea. Strange for someone who's selling this product and has no idea how many people can sleep in it.
He also explained that where I'd paid extra for the flu hole they were unable to do this and that someone should have contacted me. In the first instance had someone contact me to say about this they would have picked up on the Paypal payment too and we wouldn't be in this situation to start with.
Clearly its not about for filling and honouring peoples orders, it's about choosing the most valuable orders for them to for fill. I'm disappointed at their lack of reasonability with this situation. I simple paid with the method that was listed on their website and expected to be receiving the product.
I wouldn't bother making an order with them go to Boutique Camping they are far nicer and have great customer service and actual knowledge on the product they sell.

Very disappointed with the after sales customer service...called to get advice before purchase...went with their advice purchased 2 x 6m cotton bell tents which were up for a little over 4 weeks with minimal use. The stitching completely failed on the top caps therefore rendering tents useless...karma canvas didnt want to know they ghosted me for over 2 weeks...it was only when I called from another number did I get to speak to the them. They said this was accidental damage and I should have gone for something stronger..funny before purchasing they advised these were as strong as any other tents and fitted my needs...now after sales completely flipped their original advice. Anyway just a heads up to anyone thinking of purchasing from Karma canvas be aware they are very nice and helpful until they have your money then they dont give a flying monkeys about you!! Purchase from someone who really cares trading standards have been informed
