On arrival I was greeted with warmth and exceptional customer service from Karen the moment I stepped into Johnson Cleaners, 81 High St, Amblecote, Stourbridge DY8 4LY that I regret to say I had not received anywhere else for quite some time. I would like to give a big thanks to Karen, who worked tirelessly to explain about the process of my parcel that is to be collected by UPS to ensure its seamless journey back to Amazon in Indianapolis which after checking is not explained clearly by Amazon.co.uk. I was inspired by Karen?s personal commitment to making a difference and her gestures that kept me motivated through these unprecedented, difficult and challenging times. Karens approach embodies Johnson Cleaners and their many services tailoring each and every one of them to customer needs being greatly appreciated and her continued excellent customer service which help towards finding ways to address issues, to do things differently, and make continuous improvement to my experience as a customer of Johnson Cleaners, Stourbridge. Emma and Karen are THE BEST PEOPLE you will ever come across. I had a very expensive satin jacket which i wore in the rain and i brought it into Emma. She was very experienced and knowledgeable and within the hour, she made the jacket look literally brand new and you couldn't even see one rain stain or crease. I cannot thank these ladies enough and will definatley be coming back to visit Emma and Karen again. I hope i wasn't too fussy Emma. You are amazing and thank you so much. I will know where to bring the jacket every time i wear it to get the creases out now.

The team here always goes above and beyond. Always helpful and polite my dry cleaning is always turned around quickly and recently I had a repair done in super fast time.

I was delighted with the service provided by Johnsons The Cleaners at Amblecote, Stourbridge and would gladly recommend them to anyone. I was thrilled to bits with my lounge curtains they came back as good as new. The ladies who work there are all very pleasant and helpful too.
