I have used your H&B store at Stourbridge for many years. And I have experience a wonderful service by the staff ?. They are very ,very helpful and knowledgeable about the products need . I am chronically ill and disabled. And I know when I go to H&B at Stourbridge I will be treated with respect and kindness. I can not fully express how positive and friendly and helpful your wonderful staff are. I am very happy to give a 10 out 10 for all the kind staff members who will help me in all my needs . Absolutely awful advice !!! Since when have the staff done a doctors degree?
Detrimental advice they advised my mum not to take magnesium oil due to blood pressure medication and she experienced lots of cramps and the dr told her to continue taking the oil it does not interfere with the blood pressure medication !!! This was the guy with the long hair
Please stop giving the wrong advice

This store doesn't always have what I want, but they're a helpful team, there's a guy in there with long hair who is always super friendly and helpful, and he's helped me make sure sure get the best offers on the things I need. I look forward to going there ?

Rude customer service, a male casher with long hair, no greatings, no communication, no please for asking payment, of course NO 'thanks' after the payment & receipts. Totally racist, unbelievable! Will never shop in this branch again..

I have never given such a low rating but I really have no option here. I buy there regularly, very rarely promo price matches the one at the till. It's not even that, I get it, could happen and it happens elsewhere. It's rather poor handling of such occurrence by staff members. No apology, acting like I'm causing inconvenience. The last time I wasn't even given the product as the lady after charging my card... Put the product behind her, when I came back to pick it up she rolled her eyes and raised her voice 'May I finish first' as she was dealing with another customer. No 'thank you' no 'sorry' I felt embarrassed and left.

I was told a CBD product had glowing reviews when buying it. It had terrible reviews. Not nice to take advantage of someone struggling with mental health problems. I want my money back if I'm being honest. Disgusting.

A convenient little store in Stourbridge Ryemarket. But why is it when there?s an offer on of buy get one half price there?s only ever one of the product left. I did ask if there were anymore to a male assistant and he said no, I thought he might have checked stock for me but no it was obviously too much trouble. Anyway found another offer on a different product and when I got to the till it came up £4 more expensive but I got the product for the reduced price after it was checked with the ticket price.
