Helping hands Stourbridge branch have always been fantastic, my husbands care needs have always been met with professional care but also kindness and respect. The office staff are always accommodating if we need to tweak times or need late cancellations. I would recommend Helping Hands to anyone who is looking for a care package for a loved one.

I?ve had a care package in place with helping hands for a number of years to support my mom and dad. The team in Stourbridge are exceptional, over the years we have faced many challenges and our care package requests have had to be adjusted accordingly with some of the lastminute.com requests really putting the team under pressure but never have they not been able to support us. Keep up the great work ??????

The care provided for my Father was very good. They found the right carer?s that engaged with him. He always looked clean and tidy. They left the kitchen immaculate and also put washing in the machine which was a great help. I would use them again

I have the pleasure to work alongside with the branch Manager - Martine Kahwa, who has recently been promoted from a Care Coordinator position. She has been very supportive and cares very much about her customers and her colleagues.
