Just wanted to say a public thank you to Kerry, the manager, and her team at Greggs on Stourbridge high street. We were let down last minute by caters on a Sunday morning, and the team here stepped in at very short notice and made up a load of sandwich platters for our lunch that afternoon. They really went above and beyond for us and we're so grateful! Thank you guys

Went in this week and there was a huge display of items on sale. The staff behind the counter were lovely despite it being very busy and full of school children and students. The food was kept warm and was relatively cheap. This is a great place for anyone looking to get a quick bite on their way to somewhere, or for someone with more time there is also the option to sit in and enjoy your meal. Looking forward to my next purchase from this store soon.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options nowadays too for those who would want them.

Talk about slow!Long queue out the door with one poor staff member serving.Anonther staff member cleaning the glass cabinet but did she have to do that with such a big queue.15 minutes for a minging cold sausage roll.Please...
