“Fantastic little petrol station and shop. No meal deals in sight but soft drinks and sweet things are available. If you want an old-fashioned feel and a treasure-trove of useful items for maintaining your car, then you can't go wrong here. It is one of those places where you can hold up a blown bulb from your headlamp, rear cluster or dashboard and ask "Have you got one of these?" and invariably the answer will be "yes." This country definitely lacks local shops selling useful things, so to have Pritchards in Wordsley is a real coup. I often pop in for petrol or for bits and pieces for my car, or indeed anything vaguely car-related that you may want to use for a non-car-related job.”

“I ordered a food delivery from here via Ubereats, unfortunately a hot food item was not delivered. Neither Ubereats nor the driver were helpful with this so I called direct. The assistant manager Becky immediately went above and beyond to rectify my loss and offered to deliver it herself in her car. I cant expect better customer service than this. Thank you Becky, you are a credit to the business.”
